The website preschoolify.com is owned and operated by Augmenting Everything, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading under the brand name Preschoolify. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Augmenting Everything, and "you" refers to the customer or visitor.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Products

We sell children's clothing, including casual wear, party wear and ethnic wear. We make every effort to show colours, prints and details accurately, but slight differences between product photographs and the item received can occur because of lighting and screen settings. Please check the Size Guide on the product page before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and offers may change at any time, but a change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

You can pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through our secure third-party payment gateway, or choose Cash on Delivery where it is available. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be serviced, or there is an error in the price or description. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we refund the full amount.

You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address and a working mobile number.

6. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines, charges and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, damaged or incorrect items and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay for it. Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery parcels may be limited to prepaid orders.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, graphics and the Preschoolify name and logo, belongs to Augmenting Everything and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, weather, strikes or government action.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and applies to orders placed after that date.
