Shipping Policy

Every Preschoolify order is packed and dispatched from New Delhi, India. We ship across India through Delhivery.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festive periods dispatch may take an additional day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days
Other cities and towns: 3 to 7 working days
Remote locations: up to 10 working days

These are courier estimates and not guaranteed timelines. Deliveries may be delayed by weather, festivals, local restrictions or other conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders within India. We currently do not ship outside India.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link by email. You can track your parcel at any time on the Delhivery website using the tracking number provided. If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete, including house or flat number, building or society name, street, landmark, city, state and PIN code, along with a working mobile number. Incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delayed and failed deliveries. If an address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch, which may delay your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable PIN codes in India. Please keep the exact amount ready and make sure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel. Our courier partner makes up to three delivery attempts, after which the parcel is returned to us.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or, for prepaid orders, a refund. Re-dispatch of a returned parcel may attract additional shipping charges.
