Return & Exchange Policy
At Preschoolify, every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure you receive it in excellent condition.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Please email us at augmentingeverything2022@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 79829 63507 with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of kidswear products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other personal preference.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Different from the product ordered
- Incorrect size/product sent by us
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (as per courier delivery records) with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. For damaged or incorrect items an unboxing video is strongly preferred, as it allows us to settle the claim immediately and without further questions.
After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of verification. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the details provided by you.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment. If a parcel is refused or remains undelivered after three delivery attempts, it is returned to us. Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery parcels may be restricted to prepaid orders on future purchases.
Important
Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact for any approved claim.
