We want you and your child to love your Preschoolify kit. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for physical flashcard kits.
Digital products (downloadable PDFs) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as they cannot be “returned”. If you encounter a problem with a digital download, please contact us — we’ll always try to make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the original packaging.
- Returned with all original components — cards, packaging insert, instruction sheet.
- Accompanied by the order number / order confirmation email.
Products damaged by the customer (water, tears, marks beyond reasonable handling) are not eligible for return.
Damaged or defective products
If your kit arrives damaged or you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How to initiate a return
- Email reachus@preschoolify.com or WhatsApp +91 79829 63507 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include: order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos.
- We’ll respond within 1 business day with return-shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Return shipping
For defective / damaged-on-arrival items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method:
- UPI / wallet — typically 1–3 business days.
- Credit / debit card — typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Net banking — typically 3–5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — refunded by bank transfer; please share UPI / account details when initiating the return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your kit for a different one (e.g. Animals → Fruits & Vegetables), we can do that within the 7-day return window. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
